This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit affirming an order of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City and County of Honolulu granting a variance. The variance was granted for the enlargement of a nonconforming use allowed by § 21-1.7, Comprehensive Zoning Code (CZC), and permitted the continued maintenance of a nonconforming piggery in a livestock barn prohibited by the zoning regulations.
