Relator, Wimberley Resorts Property, Inc., filed a motion for leave to file petition for writ of mandamus and tendered the petition, pursuant to Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 1824 (Supp.1985). This Court subsequently granted the motion for leave to file. By its petition, relator seeks discovery of medical records pertaining to Donald A. Dibble, plaintiff in the trial court.
