PARKER, Judge.

Appellant Cleve Beebout sustained crop damage from several different hailstorms during the summer of 1979. He filed a claim with his insurer, St. Paul Fire & Marine. The claim was later submitted to arbitration as provided in the insurance policy, and the arbitrators determined the damages to be $36,580. The trial court set aside the arbitration award and ordered a trial on the damages issue. At trial the jury determined the damages...
