Defendant Peggy Jenkins is the daughter of Matt Jenkins. Matt Jenkins died in October, 1980, when his car exploded after Frederic Grasfeder placed explosives in Jenkins's car at the request of Jenkins's wife, Geraldine. In this declaratory action, plaintiff, State Farm Fire & Casualty Company, asserted it was not liable to Matt Jenkins's estate under a homeowners' policy issued to Frederic Grasfeder.
