Defendants, New Orleans Shipyard, Inc. and Employers Insurance of Wausau, appeal a judgment of the trial court awarding the plaintiff, Mary Elizabeth Neeley, widow of Andrew J. Barnewold, Jr., benefits under the Workmen's Compensation Act, R.S. 23:1231 et seq., and R.S. 23:1210 (widow and burial benefits). The defendants assert to this court that the plaintiffs failed to show a causal link between the heart accident, the fatal heart attack, of Mr. Barnewold...
