Defendant-appellant, Michael Cochran, along with two co-defendants, Napoleon and Pam Bueno, was charged by a Bill of Information with violating La.R.S. 40:967(F)(3), possession of more than 400 grams of cocaine. Trial of the matter was set for May 3, 1983. Prior to that date, defendant, Napoleon Bueno, entered a plea of guilty as charged.
