On September 2, 1982, an involuntary Chapter 7 petition was filed against the debtor, Phillip G. Snyder, by 18 petitioning creditors. On December 22, the debtor stipulated to entry of an order for relief, and on January 26, 1983 exercised his right to convert the case to a case under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
