BARRY, Judge.

A jury found defendants guilty of two counts of obscenity, La.R.S. 14:1061. They were sentenced to 90 days in parish prison on each count to run concurrently and placed on active probation for one year. The sentences were suspended conditioned on payment of a $1,000 fine on each count.
