Larry Henry Schlickenmayer appeals from an order of the district court denying his application for post-conviction relief. We affirm.

Schlickenmayer was found guilty by a jury of the crime of negligent homicide, in that he negligently caused the death by hypothermia of Viola Karas. Karas' frozen body was discovered at approximately 6:45 a.m. on February 2, 1982, lying on Highway 1804 several miles northwest of Bismarck. The facts...
