This is a consolidated appeal by both the defendant, Lorrie Coutts, and the Ward County State's Attorney from an order issued by the District Court of Ward County,1 which suspended imposition of the judgment and sentence against Coutts for the common law crime of conspiracy to commit an unlawful act under Chapter 19-03.1, the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, of the North Dakota Century Code.
