Plaintiff-appellant, Hinckley Chamber of Commerce, hereinafter referred to as "Hinckley I," appeals the judgment of the trial court denying its request for an injunction against defendant-appellee, Hinckley Chamber of Commerce, Inc., hereinafter "Hinckley II," to prevent Hinckley II from using the name.
