Petitioner in this habeas corpus proceeding alleges that the Parole Commission ("Commission") violated his constitutional rights by failing to conduct a "termination of supervision hearing" pursuant to the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 4211. The district court denied relief and petitioner appeals. We hold that petitioner was not prejudiced by the Commission's failure to hold such a hearing and that in any event, the proper remedy for non-compliance...
