Huber Corporation, a manufacturer of oilfield wellhead equipment, discovered that Lowery Wellheads, Inc., one of Huber's competitors, was labeling its wellhead products with alphanumeric symbols that corresponded to the symbols used by Huber on its wellhead products. Huber's alphanumeric symbols, which bear no direct relation to the size or other physical characteristics...
