Thomas Head appeals from his conviction of five counts of use of a telephone in aid of an importation conspiracy and one count of engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise (CCE). The jury also found him guilty of four counts of conspiracy to import marijuana and four counts of conspiracy to distribute marijuana, but the district judge declined to enter judgment on these convictions on the ground that these counts...
