Jose Doney Argueta petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals's (the "Board") denial of his claims for political asylum under 8 U.S.C. § 1158(a) and for withholding of deportation under 8 U.S.C. § 1253(h). Because the Board's order was not supported by substantial evidence, the petition is granted.
