(1978), and two counts of violent crime under sections 16-11-309 and 18-1-105(9), 8 C.R.S. (1984 Supp.). The defendant maintains that his conviction must be vacated because of the court's refusal to permit him to present surrebuttal evidence intended to rehabilitate his chief...
