ABC TV & Stereo Rental of Milwaukee, Inc., a/k/a Colortyme TV Rental (Colortyme), appeals from a summary judgment in favor of Tomasa Palacios (Palacios) on her claim that Colortyme violated the Wisconsin Consumer Act1 in an installment transaction involving a television. Colortyme contends the transaction was not a "consumer credit sale" under the act but only a rental agreement...
