Allied Products Corporation (Allied) appeals from a $330,000 judgment granted below to Cashman Seed & Fertilizer, Inc., (Cashman) for damages arising from a dispute over the sale of a fertilizer blending tower. Allied challenges the award of damages for lost profits and an award of attorneys' fees to Cashman. Cashman cross-appeals, challenging the district court's refusal to award it prejudgment interest, its granting of judgment n.o.v....
