Appellant, Henry Hudson, plaintiff below, appeals from a judgment of the district court granting costs in the amount of $831.30 to appellee, Nabisco Brands, Inc., pursuant to appellee's motion to assess costs. The district court previously had entered summary judgment in favor of appellee.
