In this appeal of the denial of 28 U.S.C. § 2254 habeas relief, Enoch F. McQueen contends that his state court conviction for aggravated burglary was constitutionally infirm because he was denied his sixth amendment right to the assistance of counsel when, toward the end of the third day of trial, at his insistence court-appointed counsel was relieved and the court declined to appoint replacement counsel.
