G.W. Cobb appeals the judgment denying his claim for overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-19 (Act). We affirm.

Plaintiff's first assignment with Finest Foods was to manage a cafeteria. However, both he and Finest's central management anticipated that Cobb would become a food service instructor as soon as plans for new operations...
