This appeal presents important questions with respect to the scope and timeliness of judicial review of partial settlements executed in multi-party lawsuits. Following a bench trial, the district court voided portions of the plaintiff's settlement agreement with one of three defendants but nonetheless enforced the plaintiff's release of the settling defendant.
