Plaintiff appeals from a judgment n.o.v. for defendants. The judgment overturned a jury verdict which awarded plaintiff $50,000 for the failure of defendant Columbia Management Co. (Columbia) to pay him a bonus for the last part of 1981. As part of his bonus claim, plaintiff also sought statutory penalties and attorney fees; he also appeals the trial court's partial summary judgment against him on those claims.
