From a conviction for the offense of second degree kidnapping and a sentence of 30 years in the State penitentiary, this appeal follows. On appeal, appellant raises the following two issues: (1) Did the trial court erroneously deny the defense motion for judgment of acquittal based on the failure of the State to present a prima facie case? and, (2) Did the trial court err when it failed to instruct the jury on certain lesser included offenses...
