William L. Ginnodo appeals from the decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board, Docket No. CH03518210502, ___ M.S.P.R. ___, upholding the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) action in separating Mr. Ginnodo under reduction in force (RIF) procedures which placed him in a one-person competitive area. We affirm.
