The issue presented is whether or not a person convicted and sentenced for trafficking in drugs under Alabama Code 1975, § 20-2-80 (1980), is eligible to receive "good time" under the Alabama Correctional Incentive Time Act (ACIT Act), Alabama Code 1975, § 14-9-40 to 44 (1980).
