The appellee, Bruce Haynes, was charged below with delivery and possession of cannabis. Allegedly, the cannabis had been sold or delivered to one William Holbrook, now a resident of New York State. The appellee filed a written plea of not guilty, and the case was set for trial on March 16, 1984.
