Thomas appeals from the denial of his motion to correct illegal sentence, filed pursuant to Rule 3.800, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. The motion alleged that the trial court improperly imposed consecutive mandatory minimum sentences, contrary to the dictates of Palmer v. State, 438 So.2d 1 (Fla. 1983). We are compelled to agree and therefore reverse and remand with directions to correct the sentences...
