Appellant/employer, Shamrock Coal Company, Inc. (Shamrock), brings this appeal from a judgment of the McCreary Circuit Court which reversed an order of the Kentucky Unemployment Insurance Commission (KUIC) and directed the KUIC to grant appellee, Claude Taylor (Taylor), unemployment benefits and to appropriately charge Shamrock's reserve account.
