Wilson was sued for a 5% real estate commission on the sale of Wilson's 410 acre farm in Daviess County, Missouri, alleged to have sold by Wilson to an Indiana Corporation owned and controlled by one Ben Rexing, to whom the farm had been shown by plaintiff. Plaintiff alleged that the farm was sold by Wilson to Rexing for $943,000, as a direct result of plaintiff's efforts, thus...
