This is a suit by Rosemary Meyers Brumfield (Rosemary) against her former husband, H. Alva "Beau" Brumfield III (Beau), in which she sought to have declared null and void a marriage contract executed by them on December 19, 1968, the day before they were married. Mrs. Brumfield also prayed for other relief in her petition, resulting in a decision by this court reported in 415 So.2d 520 (La.App. 1st Cir.1982). The...
