This case is before the Court on petition for review of the decision of the district court of appeal on the ground that it conflicts with decisions of this Court. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const. The district court of appeal decision is reported as Suntogs of Miami, Inc. v. Burroughs Corp., 433 So.2d 581 (Fla. 3d DCA 1983).
