The plaintiffs appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the defendant physicians in a medical malpractice case.

The Fains brought the action against Doctors Delaney and Smith, charging that each of them negligently failed to inform plaintiff-patient Duncan Fain of the risks involved in the performance of a pulmonary arteriogram by Dr. Smith.
