This is a tort suit filed by plaintiff-appellee, Darrell J. Richard, individually, and on behalf of his minor son, Christopher J. Richard, against Walgreen's Louisiana Company, Inc., d/b/a Walgreen's Drug Store, Travelers Insurance Company, and Richard B. Cole. Following trial on the merits, the trial court awarded Darrell J.
