Convicted of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. §§ 955a(a) and 955c, Anthony Warren Marquez raises the single issue of whether the Government produced sufficient evidence to prove that the offenses with which he was charged occurred aboard a "vessel without nationality" under 21 U.S.C.A. § 955b(d).
