On appeal to the Dallas Court of Appeals appellant contended, inter alia, that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction for unlawfully carrying a weapon under V.T.C.A. Penal Code, § 46.02, for which he was given 30 days in jail, probated, and fined $250. In an unpublished opinion the court of appeals reversed and remanded on another ground of error not relevant...
