EHRLICH, Justice.

We review the imposition of the death sentence in this case pursuant to jurisdiction granted in article V, section 3(b)(1), Florida Constitution.

Oats was found guilty of first-degree murder and the jury recommended the death penalty. The trial court sentenced Oats to death. On appeal, this Court affirmed the conviction, but held that three of the six aggravating factors found by the trial court were erroneous. The case was remanded to the...
