The appellant, Ernest Maxwell, Jr., was found guilty of the first degree murder of Carol Conn and was sentenced to life imprisonment. We affirm. An earlier conviction for the same offense was reversed by this Court in Maxwell v. State, 279 Ark. 423, 652 S.W.2d 31 (1983).
