Defendant, Larry Crowe, appeals the trial court's judgment in favor of plaintiff, B.D. Johnson, finding that Johnson had a valid sublease from Crowe on approximately 2,200 acres located in Catahoula Parish for the duration of Crowe's base lease from Tensas Delta Land Company on approximately 9,600 acres.
