HOLMES, Judge.

This is a breach of contract case.

The plaintiff sued the defendant for the unpaid balance on a contract for the sale of coal. The Circuit Court of Blount County, after an ore tenus hearing, entered a judgment in favor of the plaintiff for approximately $7,500.

The defendant appeals, contending that the trial court erred in allowing certain business records to be entered into evidence. We find no error requiring reversal and affirm...
