This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained by plaintiff Robert Houk as a result of the negligence of defendant in connection with safety procedures at a construction site located in La Grange, Georgia. Jane Houk, the injured plaintiff's wife, seeks damages for loss of consortium. Both plaintiffs are residents of Missouri, and have been so for all relevant times described in this lawsuit...
