Appellant was convicted in a non-jury trial of aggravated sexual abuse of a four year old female complainant, and his punishment was assessed at 40 years confinement. Tex.Penal Code Ann. secs. 22.011(a)(2)(A) & 22.021(a)(5) (Vernon Supp. 1985).
