Appellants, members of the Katter family and attorney H. Derrell Dickens, seek damages from Appellees Arkansas Louisiana Gas Co. and Arkla Exploration Co. ("Arkla"), claiming that the latter have failed to pay all sums due in connection with production from a natural gas well. The district court1 granted Appellees' motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
