WEBER, Justice.

In Richland County District Court, the plaintiffs brought an action to quiet title to a 6 1/4% royalty interest claimed in the production of oil and gas from a one-half section of Richland County land. Following submission on extensive stipulated facts, the District Court quieted title in Richland County and the plaintiffs appeal. We affirm.
