Appeal by plaintiff, Michael Jerome Secrist, from summary judgment for defendant, Mark IV Constructors, Inc. (Mark IV). We affirm.

Defendant Mark IV was the general contractor constructing a building on the campus of Jefferson Davis Junior College in Brewton.
