The three-count indictment charged appellants in Count 1 with violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2314, transporting in interstate commerce from Las Vegas, Nevada to Des Moines, Iowa, stolen jewelry have a value in excess of $5,000; in Count 2 with a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2315, concealing, storing...
