OPINION

WARD, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for murder. The jury assessed punishment at thirty years imprisonment. We affirm.

Appellant had been married for approximately three years. He had known the victim, Ron Kopp, for nearly twelve years. Kopp supposedly called the Appellant from Michigan on June 6, 1983, advising him that he would be coming to El Paso to handle the sale of a car which he had entrusted to the Appellant. In reality...
