OPINION

ASHWORTH, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of aggravated rape, Children and Minors, ch. 202, sec. 1, 1981 Tex.Gen.Laws 471, repealed by Act of June 19, 1983, ch. 977, sec. 12, 1983 Tex.Gen.Laws 5311, 5321, and the trial judge sentenced him to seventy-five years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.
