A jury found appellant guilty of aggravated kidnapping and robbery and assessed punishment of thirty-seven and five years confinement, respectively. Appellant brings four grounds of error alleging that the trial court erred in: (1) entering a void cumulation order, (2) submitting a fundamentally defective jury charge, (3) denying appellant's requested jury instruction to limit the jury's consideration of a witness' testimony, and...
