This is an appeal from an order granting defendant Sea-Land Service, Inc.'s (Sea-Land) motion for summary judgment. Barnes is the trustee in bankruptcy for plaintiffs Sterile Food Products (Sterile) and Stayfresh Food Products (Stayfresh). They commenced this antitrust action in 1975 against various Alaska dairies (dairies) and Sea-Land, a carrier shipping the dairies' and Sterile's products to Alaska.
